Hier sorgst du für Durchblick – deine Aufgaben

• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Sicherung der Dokumentations-, Kodier- und Abrechnungsqualität - insbesondere im Fachbereich Neurologie
• Professionalisierung des Berichtswesens mit BIC/ TIP HCe für neurologische Leistungsbereiche
• Durchführung von Kodier- und Dokumentationsschulungen der ärztlichen und pflegerischen Mitarbeiter
• Kommunikation mit Kostenträgern und dem Medizinischen Dienst der Krankenversicherung MDK
• Mitarbeit an der medizinischen Leistungsplanung
• Erstellen von Auswertungen zu Kodierung (TIPLU) und MDK-Verfahren (UHB)
  
  

Toll, was du mitbringst – dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes gesundheitswissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sind erwünscht
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Erfassung, Verarbeitung und Analyse von großen Daten-
  mengen in entsprechenden Auswertungsprogrammen (besonders BIC/ TIP-HCe) werden vorausgesetzt
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse aus den Bereichen DRG- und PEPP System, DRK, ICD und OPS
• Souveräner Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket und KIS/ Dedalus
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, die Sie schon bei der Weiterentwicklung von unseren Systemen unter Beweis gestellt haben
• Fundierte kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsstärke im Umgang mit den beteiligten Vertretern der Fachdisziplinen, Kostenträger und des MD
