Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) combines Client Relationship Management and the activities
of our Global Factories Financing & Advisory, Markets, Global Transaction Banking and Leasing. Our
clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational companies as well as
financial institutions.
Capital Structure Advisory is an advisory team for high profile, multi-product Corporate Finance pitches
(innovative solutions & capital structure proposals). CSA provides complex analytical, financial
modeling, structuring and origination work in close cooperation with specialist units such as Structured
Finance, Equity & Debt Capital Markets, M&A, Hedging and Rating Advisory.
